This spacious chalet, built in larch and stone in 2009, is spread over 3 levels on a pretty plot of over 1,000 m2. All the interior finishes are of high quality and very good taste. The use of wood and natural stone, together with the pleasant light provided by the many windows opening onto the outside, give the whole house a feeling of serenity and comfort.

The first floor is reserved for the master suite with en suite bathroom, dressing room and study area. The bedroom has a charming little balcony from which to enjoy the exceptional views. A spacious 30 m2 lounge/TV room adjoins the master suite.

The chalet is equipped with an air-water heat pump and a cooling system in summer. There are four parking spaces for the house.
