Based in Nendaz, in the heart of the recognized “4 Valleys” ski area (Nendaz, Verbier, Veysonnaz & Thyon – www.4vallees.ch), in the heart of the Swiss Alps, our company was created in 2006 to meet the specific interests of sellers and buyers with high expectations. We like to create a personal and privileged relationship with our customers in order to better understand their needs and provide them with professional and tailor-made help.

After obtaining a degree in economics at the University of Lausanne (HEC), Jean had the chance to consolidate solid experience by working for seven years for the multinational company Philip Morris.
After years of traveling around the world, Jean decided to return to his heart roots, his native village Nendaz where he completed his education with an MBA and subsequently created the company Alp Real Estate SA in 2006.
Jean is particularly active in the local economy and where he has developed an important social and professional network. He is currently focused on several real estate, commercial and hotel developments. It maintains links with foreign countries, notably through an agricultural project in Tunisia and a real estate project in Mauritius.

Sophie joined the Alp Real Estate SA team in 2021. A qualified Tourism Manager, she first worked within Crans-Montana Tourisme where she worked on the development of the destination and used her sense of communication to respond professionally to the demands of an international and demanding clientele.
She then worked for more than 15 years for the International Cycling Federation (UCI), which has its headquarters in Aigle, where she was responsible, among other things, for the organization of the Road Cycling World Championships. This allowed him to travel around the world and coordinate large-scale sporting events.
In 2021, Sophie decided to return to Valais and invest in the local tourism industry by working for Alp Real Estate. A USPI graduate, she advises and assists international and local clients in all the procedures necessary for the sale or purchase of real estate. Listening to customers, she supports you in your plans to purchase a secondary or primary residence, just as for a real estate investment.

After an apprenticeship as a commercial employee, Sophie worked for more than 30 years within the same construction company.
This experience allowed him to develop his knowledge of accounting, HR and administrative management, touching on various areas of construction, real estate development and also an architectural office.
In 2023 she decided to embark on a new challenge and joined the Alp Real Estate team.
She pays attention to detail in the organization of the company through administrative tasks, welcoming customers and monitoring files.

With a thirst for learning, Cécile began her studies at the Swiss School of Tourism in Sierre, then obtained a Bachelor’s degree in business economist from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne. She also studied communications and marketing in the United States.
Cécile has more than 15 years of professional experience in multicultural and varied environments. She worked in an international federation organizing global sporting events, in administration and within a bank as a private client advisor where she notably supported her clients in financing their real estate acquisition. An entrepreneur, she also created a company in the field of wellness. A great traveler, she has traveled the world and worked and lived in India, Turkey, the United States and England.
Liking human contact, challenges and real estate, it was quite natural that she decided to redirect her career in this field and joined Alp Real Estate in 2023. It is with great pleasure that she will welcome you at the Nendaz agency and will support you in your real estate projects.

Caroline began her career by studying law. After completing her Master’s degree, she moved to London, where she worked for five years in international and multicultural environments. She thus built up solid professional experience before returning to Switzerland, where she spent over 15 years in the catering and events sector, working as a partner in the Lausanne region and in Lavaux. At the same time, she helped set up a company specialising in herbal medicine. Her career also saw her take on executive assistant roles in the finance and pharmaceutical sectors, both in England and Switzerland.
Curious and dynamic, Caroline has long harboured a passion for gastronomy, travel, meeting people, and above all the mountains, which play a central role in her life.
In search of new horizons, she spent a year working in the luxury hospitality sector in the Caribbean, before returning to Switzerland in 2024 and settling in Valais, a region she has always loved. In 2025, she joined the team at Alp Real Estate, where she draws on her experience, versatility and customer-focused approach to support clients with their property searches and transactions.

Originally from Italy, Emanuela earned a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Languages from the University of Perugia before settling in Switzerland over 15 years ago. Curious and communicative, she enriched her career through diverse professional experiences in Crans-Montana, ranging from a private bank to a real estate agency and an architecture firm. These varied experiences allowed her to develop a strong ability to adapt and a keen sense of service.
Her recent role as a condominium assistant provided her with hands-on experience in the practical and legal aspects of real estate. Building on this experience and specialized ImmoBase training (USPI), she now puts her skills to work for the clients of Alp Real Estate SA. A passionate traveler, Emanuela draws her energy from the encounters and discoveries she makes around the world—from the Americas to Asia, and Oceania. This openness to the world fosters her empathy, dynamism, and ability to forge genuine connections.
Today, Emanuela is proud to dedicate her energy, listening skills, and professionalism to the clients of the Sion agency. She will guide you with commitment and care at every stage of your real estate project.

He studied in Lyon, Paris, Rotterdam, and Montreal, which helped solidify his open-mindedness and thirst for discovery. Prior to this, he had already had the opportunity to take an English course in North America in 2019.
Passionate about real estate, a profession he runs in his family, he enjoys continuous learning and meeting new people. He developed this interest by spending much of his childhood traveling with his family to Brazil, the Caribbean, and even on a boat, before finishing his schooling in Tunisia in 2018.
He firmly believes that the home we live in, or the property we invest in, is more than just a product; it’s a life project. Therefore, he places client relationships, as well as their expectations and aspirations, at the core of his profession.
